Videos not playing

Downloaded and unpacked all videos pack, but none if them plays - i see how switches from thumbnail picture (cover) of the game to 1st frame of video, but that's all i see. The same thing for ALL titles (new and all). Videos directly from folder plays OK in any player.

WIndows 10 LTSC.

Interesting things:

  1. Videos plays OK in case I login to the same windows session\account by Remote Desktop.
  2. Videos plays fine with "Windows 7 compatibility mode" option in Loader.exe preferences!
