Highlight on live TV category is solid white instead of transparent

Describe the bug Use case: Browsing different channel categories. Steps followed: While watching live TV, I hit menu button and swipe left to view channel category. When scrolling up or down the category the category current lly being selected is highlighted.

Expected behavior: The current channel category that is selected while scrolling should be highlighted and transparent.

Actual behavior: At random times, the selected category is solid white instead of being transparent. This results in not being able to read what channel category is the current scroll at. This happens often but not everytime.
