does pureCLIP support multiple controls?

Hi,

I'm just wondering if pureCLIP supports multiple input BAM files? For example I have a dataset with an input control and a mock IP control. I can supply multiple files using -ibam without errors but I can't tell from the logs whether both are actually being used.
