Borrow ordn glyphs for smallcap digits

Can we use the ordn glyphs for small-cap lining figures? Shifted to the baseline, of course. It'd look like this: ordnsmcp

Eh ... I think they look a bit anemic, but they're better than no numerals at all right? Maybe with slightly tighter spacing and/or scaled up a tiny little bit?

I think they're also a tiny bit short, so maybe just scaling them slightly might work out just right?
