Temporary disable.
A quick option to temporarily disable one or more sites would be great. Maybe global disable as well. I use the facebook api to develop sometimes... i typically dont mind just clicking "yes, i'm sure" and going about it, but some pop-ups can't be resized.
I've run into this as well - the popup thing should be fixed in the latest release, but I'm not sure what to do about the API. A whitelist a proper technical solve, but I haven't thought of a way to add it without cluttering the UI. Thoughts welcome!

You could do something similar to Ad Block and give the users a bit more control.
Click plugin to reveal drop down list of actions for the current page;
- Pause Mindful Browsing
- Add this domain to block list
- Add this page to block list
- Dont block this page
- Dont block this domain
This would allow for maximum flexibility in how we apply filters, and allow you to streamline the UI a bit. I think what you have now could serve as a more detailed view perhaps, but by and large using an ad block style action menu would make adding/maintaining lists a bit quicker and more similar to how users use bookmarks etc.
