Current rev of HLE(REIOS) is broken

While working on the new implementation of HLE bios we noticed with @skmp that the revision following this : https://github.com/reicast/reicast-emulator/blob/69ab16ad9c85a79f50df5974194b64e88e549e0c/core/reios/

Completely breaks the current implementation of REIOS.

So be warned in case you would like to have a look --while the proper implementation is progressing -- to revert back to the revision pointed above.
