[Mac] Settings screen freeze when hit Done

Reicast Build: Reicast r20.02b-234 (12154b25) for MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 Build created by einsteinx2

Issue: Reicast UI freezes after playing around with the settings.

Debugging Steps Tested

1. Press 'Settings' button
2. Select 'Controls' TAB
3. Select 'Device A' drop down
4. Reselect 'Sega Controller' (meaning it already had Sega Controller highlighted)
5. Press 'Done' on the top of the screen
6. UI freezes

I don't think multiple controllers functionality has been implemented yet so it crashes when you select that setting:)

@skmp I have a feeling this was probably fixed by this change: https://github.com/reicast/reicast-emulator/pull/1908
