Sorry mate, i think nullDC is no longer developed, use the latest emulators example like Flycast (the individual one not the RetroArch one because it been dead) and Redream to play Dreamcast games (but Flycast can play arcade games like Naomi and other else even nullDC also can play Naomi games (i guess?))

How about for windows CE game?

Uhhhhhhh, you can use Flycast because can play and run Windows CE games and Demul can partially play Windows CE games while NullDC also can?
