docs: add Notion MCP setup guide

Documented the Notion MCP (Model Context Protocol) configuration already present in .vscode/mcp.json. The guide enables team members to integrate AI assistants with Notion for automated workflow tasks.

Added documentation:

• docs/NOTION_MCP_SETUP.md - Complete setup guide covering:
  • Notion API key generation and integration setup
  • Configuration of 5 input fields: API key, page ID, team name, member name, squad
  • MCP server activation in VS Code
  • Usage examples and troubleshooting

Updated references:

• Added link in CONTRIBUTING.md under development environment setup
• Added link in README.md under documentation section

Additional context

The .vscode/mcp.json configuration supports both required (API key, page ID) and optional (team, member, squad) fields for project-specific automation workflows. Documentation is written in Korean to match repository convention.
