API docs에 Pre-scripts 및 선택 옵션 추가

Describe the problem and solution

현재 Nestjs API docs에서는 자신이 test한 API 결과를 동일하게 reproduce할 수 있도록하는 pre-script가 작성되어 있지 않는 경우가 많습니다. 부족한 pre-script들을 작성하고, 실제로 db에 test할 수 있는 env / 단순 결과 확인용 env(db 영향 x) 이렇게 두 가지의 env으로 나누어 API를 test할 수 있도록 합니다.
