how to import graphics.txt / dictionary.txt into database for editing propose

Hi skishore,

I am a noob here. Want to edit the existing character, but seems it load from database ( by calling "Meteor.call('export');" in console). So how to import graphics.txt / dictionary.txt into database for editing propose?
