Do not set brakes when stopping for AFL KA350

The Airfoillabs King Air 350 does not allow the parking brake to be set when the foot brakes are active. This results in not being able to set the parking brake at the end of the pushback, so the operation cannot be completed.

This patch disables setting the foot brakes during the final stages when the King Air model is detected.
