2D Pre-plan screen no longer shows up

Using latest pre release version of BPP both in Zibo, ToLiss no longer shows pre-plan 2D view.

When I click Plugin -> Better Pushback -> Pre-plan pushback the view changes to another 3D view. In my system BPB was working fine till XP12b14 but no longer works in RC6.

Found the root cause that is breaking Better Push back. I recently got "Tobii Eye Tracker 5" that comes with an X-Plane plugin called "Tobii Game Hub Plugin".

From Plugin Admin if I disable this plugin then Better Push Back is able to draw 2D pre-plan screen. Seems like a conflict / tug of war between these two plugins. I will contact Tobii developer with this info.
