FF a350 Push Back

Greetings,

I've recently started flying the FligthFactor (FF) a350 and know, and have used, their pushback function with the aircraft; however, when I tried to use 'Better Pushback' (which works fine with all other aircraft in the fleet) I couldn't get it to work at all.

Perhaps there was a problem with the FF installation or is it because the aircraft doesn't have a profile in 'Better Pushback'?
