Better Pushback does not work with 2 Monitors

Unfortunately, Better Pushback does not work when operating 2 monitors if the FS is running on the second monitor.

see #360 - it's an ongoing and highly annoying issue which I think is simply fixed, but the dev seems to have ceased all comms and abandoned the project ......

I have a potential fix but can't replicate the build environment to test it correctly :(

Meanwhile, I have heard from several users who have this problem. Most of them then switch the sim to the first monitor. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. So continue pushback with reverse :)
