Optional FM-PAC

I would recommend to implement an optional FM-PAC mono functionality on the board. Or to create a socket for an optional FM-PAC daughterboard.

I would not add OPLL YM2413 in this board revision. At this stage of the project it will require major rerouting of the board, and other than that I don't have an available SPLD pin to generate chip select signal for OPLL. I'll keep it on the list of the possible improvements for the future board upgrades.
