Add a Package.swift into an existing Android Studio project

To ease adoption of Skip, it would be ideal to have a way to reference a module from a local Package.swift into an existing Android Studio project.

This would help teams that want to use Swift to share business logic (or even SwiftUI views!) merge repositories and start collaborating.
