Generate Android icons from Icon Composer `.icon`

The Xcode Icon Composer .icon format is pretty easy to work with. The .icon directory contains an icon.json file and and the Assets folder, containing files that the icon.json file uses.

It would be great if I could point skip icon at my .icon directory and have it generate Android icons. All the metadata is right there, including layers that you'd need to generate a fancy Android Adaptive Icon.
