Curious. Do any other Homebrew install commands work? E.g., brew install tree?

Can you try running the following commands:
sw_vers
brew untap skiptools/skip
brew tap skiptools/skip
brew install skiptools/skip/skip

I don’t think there’s anything unusual about my macOS installation. It’s a standard setup.
Can you try running brew update-reset?
