Missing / Partial Icons / Line Numbers

Font for all menus/editor/preview: Consolas

I have noticed that with Ghost Fade Focus enabled, if SETTINGS/EDITOR/SHOW LINE NUMBER is enabled, then only the current line is displayed (See attached).

I have also noticed that if you have folding enabled in SETTINGS/EDITOR/FOLD HEADING & FOLD INDENT, then only half of the "down" / "expand folded item" arrow is displayed. (See attached).

These issues disappear once Ghost Fade Focus is disabled.

It might be a combination of things, or something to do with other plugins, but I just wanted to post this here in the event it might prove useful.

I need to investigate this and see if I'm able to reproduce this -> easier to fix it.
