[Bug] Exercise not starting because Actions aren't running.

Summary

Apparently, Mona should be doing something in the "Actions" page, but when I try to complete a step, nothing happens.

How to reproduce

1. Click 'Copy Code'
2. Create a new repository
3. Get a step done
4. Check 'Actions'

Please include screenshots.

Additional context

I tried to edit the "Actions" settings, and nothing happens. Also, this is the second time I try to make this repo. I created the original repo for the first time as a private one, but deleted since I didn't understand any of the UI.

Hello @Net02gb, interestingly the workflows don't appear to be running in your account. Have you changed an account setting disable GitHub Actions? I doubt you need to create a new account.
