Issue #33 : Move to Sonar Scanner 3.x

  1. This is my first go at a Grunt plugin, so please check my work!
  2. Moved from sonar-runner to sonar scanner
  3. Removed -Dproject.home since I can't find any references to it in sonar-scanner
  4. Add license for sonar-scanner
  5. A disclaimer, I don't know all the use cases but it works for me!

This repo was forked to https://github.com/scholastic/grunt-sonar-runner since it doesn't seem this will be merged.
