Add support for content outside of Artboards

I have a little problem. Comments outside artboard don't export to PDF. Do you have a solution for that ?

This is by design, since the plugin ignores anything that's outside an Artboard.

Will tag this as a feature request and see what we can do.

I'd love to get this feature implemented, as it is so common to annotate behaviours outside the artboard (to not mix design with behavioral requirements). Exporting Artboards + Links + outside elements would be a huge step forward as you can see the whole user journey at a glance.
