`Wintry` theme has slight contrast problems for `preset-filled-primary-500`

Honestly, after Skeleton v2 it's have a lot of contrast issues.

@stalkerg Saying something is broken isn't helpful, please provide which themes and which pairings are inaccessible.

I'll echo what Hugo said here. All v2 themes were converted to v3 themes using our current theme generator. This utilizes a mathematical formula to set the best contrast color available for the lighter/darker shades.

We also made additional strides, such as removing the soft preset (which used transparent backgrounds) to tonal - which use set colors and contrast values.

We can't prevent you from setting incorrect contrast values manually though. So make sure you're adhering to the contrast color values for any text, icons, etc: https://www.skeleton.dev/docs/svelte/design/colors#contrast-colors
