Theme generator doesn't accept typed hex colors

Current Behavior

The theme generator doesn't apply typed out hex color codes automatically (see attached video)

Expected Behavior

Typed out color codes are automatically applied

Steps To Reproduce

Just type a valid hex color code into a color input (i.e. #000000 into Primary-50) the color doesn't automatically apply. You have to click the Create-anchor in the top-left to actually apply the change

Environment Information

Both Chrome and Firefox latest appear to have this bug on Windows 10

Just adding a note that this is something we'll try to rectify in the v5 overhaul of the theme generator.
