Animation and Design Improvements

Similar to our consistency pass previously, let's do a audit, review, and series of updates focused on visual aesthetics and animations. A polish pass essentially.

We may consider using this opportunity to introduce a new canned set of animations for the library:

• CSS Animations
• Javascript Animations
• Tailwind Animations

This would coincide with the new Skeleton branding and logo updates.
