Add links to llms.txt in each documentation site

In Svelte's documentation, each section includes a link to its dedicated LLMS.txt file. For example, https://svelte.dev/docs/svelte/what-are-runes/ has a button directing users to https://svelte.dev/docs/svelte/what-are-runes/llms.txt.

Skeleton already has an overall LLMS.txt, and making this feature will not be too hard.
