When running a build for production, the CSS from the vue-password component was removed. This fixes #30.

Hi, When i'm using VuePasswordAuto then input is automaticlly focus: ``` Vue.use(VuePassword, { type : 'auto', }) // ... ``` It's not happened for default VuePassword.
