provide examples for each of the db types

I may not be very smart but I haven't been able to figure out how to sync bbdb with caldav. For example, I tried: python asynk.py --db cd bb --store https://my.caldav.server/caldav.php --op=sync --cduser myuser --item Contact, but no attempt is made to reach the caldav server.

Can we add at least one example of syncing each of the supported types to the README? This along with #115 would make adoption much easier.

Did you mean CardDAV? I have not tested sync of non-Contact entities....
