[Suggestion] Add bottom right bar "stacked" option

Though not exactly typical of the native BfA interface, but it would be nice to have another option to have the bottom right bar stacked to reduce total width.

Keep it simple, stupid! Feature creep is bad. There are other addons that allow for complete customization.

Could you point me in the direction of other addons which keep the BfA aesthetic (short bar + bag/settings positioning) while also providing the stacked option? I tried adding Bartender4 on-top of this but the whole UI exploded. And I couldn't get the shortbar (with gryphons) and bag/settings positioning/art without this addon.

The screenshot above is my tinkering with this addon. I'm not very experienced with WoW addons or LUA in order to easily add an option flag or ensure compatibility outside of my setup, otherwise I would issue a PR.

@maxhuebler , this is currently very much a "Works on my machine" thing... No guarantee it will work for you and it replaces the long bar version entirely at the moment. But if you still want to try it you can find it forked here: https://github.com/Empereol/BattleForAzerothUI_Classic

@Empereol Thanks on the stance bar fix! Had to modify my own copy to hide the stance bar but was getting errors while starting combat.
