custom gcode sections

I assume most people are using this instead of creation workshop (and along with photonic3d, as it's built-in).

For the simplest prints this is fine, but what it's missing is custom gcode sections. If it had that (which should be super simple to add...) you could have support for temperature control, servo/shutter, tilt, and many other features.

How are the lift/timing commands currently handled? (Creation Workshop exports an actual gcode file that is used). The only really important files I see are a json file and images...
