Switch to %~f0?

I was using https://github.com/skanga/BashWin/blob/0e8513adc554d6787f03b2544e96aeef815b20b2/runbash.bat#L20 in all my scripts, but came across an instance where it failed to produce the proper result. I don't recall the specifics now, but the solution was to switch to %~f0 which worked in all cases.
