thanks and quick feature requests
this is just awesome. been looking for a tui for github for ages. now it's finally here, thanks a lot for your work. i'm loving browsing github in this.
just a small feature request: would it be possible for the cycle keybind (ctrl+n/p) to only cycle issue titles and message titles and not the top filter (maybe make a new shortcut just for the filter bar) or the four top-left windows (assignees/lables/milestones/projects)? just because it would be faster to cycle through them... edit: never mind this request. been using it it more and it seems to work great as is. it's simple and it works.
also, maybe have an option for having favorite repos for quick access. and an option to also show the "owner" column before the "repo" column.

would have this instead:
Repo Number State Author Title shanekira/github-tui 1 OPEN shanekira Title name here

Since I cannot delete comments yet from ght, I'll take the opportunity to add that it would be nice if the future quick access feature could include starred projects too (I think many users use Github stars as a bookmark tool).
Among other things that I miss, I think it would be great to show date and time on comments too. This is one thing that makes me still need the browser version when reading issues and comments.
Unrelated, but an help screen showing keybindings would be useful too (I see it's already on the to-do list in #8!).
I know I should have opened new issues for these feature requests but this message was posted by mistake while trying ght, so I'm trying to make it useful!
