Collect and display time to first paint

As discussed here the Issue to implement the new metric in the logjam importer and display the new graph.

The monitoring script extends the rts parameter so it is now consists of 17 parts instead of 16. The last part includes the new metric.

The itself is ready and could be merged anytime. If you have any questions I will be available :)
