Add filter to remove logs from view

For me it's hard to find some log messages, because of the huge amount of CurlTimeout issues (that may even have different formats).

Maybe there are also other log messages that "spam" the log view and prevent users from seeing relevant issues.

Would be great to have a filter to remove the disliked messages.
