Units jitter when they enter clear pipe

Mod Version: 1.02
Issue: on the betamindy server, if u or any other units enter a clear pipe, they jitter in and out of the clear pipe.
Steps to reproduce: place a clear pipe on the betamindy server and try to enter it.
Save file: The (zipped) save file you were playing on when the bug happened. Not required, but you will be asked for it in certain bugs.
Last log: The last_log.txt from your game folder (.../Mindustry). REQUIRED if a certain block is not working at ALL, usually the case in headless servers.
Crash logs: Either crash reports from the crash folder, or the file you get when you go into Settings -> Game Data -> Export Crash logs. REQUIRED if you are reporting a crash.

This might be related to the rubberbanding unit control in servers. I dont have a clear idea on how to fix this yet...I'll do some more testing I guess.
I also encountered this problem while playing on a local server. Also pistons moving can desinc. I think too much of the mod is client side, but that just a guess.
