我进cmd里操作打开，就这样显示了。不会屏闪了，但显示还是有些问题。操作是正常的。

对的，cmd 的显示不完善，会有闪烁等情况，建议更换为 windows terminal。看你截图微信版本也比较高（4.1），无法正常获取密钥，可以参考 https://github.com/sjzar/chatlog/issues/197 中的信息。
