Public Forum for this Topic and Adding a Slant

Hi Everyone, Is anyone aware of a public forum to tackle questions about this information? I believe this part of the forum is for technical bug's more then Q&A. I would like to add a slight slant to the end of the sentences as most normal handwriting takes this into account as they slide to the end of the paper.

You can transform the SVG with skew. Or rotate. I tried both but they didn't work very well.
