This pull request was a mistake on my part, but I've left it open in case you think the upgrade to Alpine 3.3 and Squid 3.5.15-r1 would be useful.

BTW I changed the maintainer in 096323ef9067472cac0495ffc1ee3de36757bfc6, let me know if you want the pull request first and then I'll change it back before merge.

@o-smirnov, @jskenyon and @bennahugo might have an interesting use case here.
