dev-zero made a monumental task of making working ebuilds for Intel NEO (new intel opencl driver for GPUs) and its toolchain (igc, opencl-clang, and etc)

Can this repo merge in those ebuilds?

Shouldn't it just work? I try to keep my modified eclasses up-to-date with with the main tree, so nothing should break.
