Export stucumber HookType

In order to add hooks, it would be helpful if you exported the stucumber HookType enum on your main export. This avoids me having to pull in stucumber as a top level dependency.

Happy to work on a PR for this if you think this is a legitimate problem and are happy for me to work on it.
