Escape characters visible in REPL

#66 is listed as fixed, but I'm seeing something similar in a fresh install of atom on windows: atom-slime-printing-escape-char

Shows up as boxes in most fonts: atom-slime-printing-escape-char2

packages: atom-slime 2.8.0 language-lisp 0.2.0 lisp-paredit 0.6.0 fonts 3.2.0

There hasn't been a release since it the fix was added to master. Atom's developer tools can be used to run the development version of Atom-Slime.

@durandaltheta, I noticed you have REPL up and running inside of Atom. I'm unable to start my Slime server and wondered if I might be able to request some assistance with you regarding my challenge to do so.
