Wiki Vague. Configure the Site Extension

I've been following the Wiki to install the software etc. There are some updates needed but I eventually figured it out until I got to the section "Configure the Site Extension" Where do I get that page to fill in the details? There is no clear description or link

You'll need to go to the kudu site at https://[site-name].scm.azurewebsites.net/SiteExtensions (or with the Advanced Tools link in this image).

Then click on the launch button for the extension
