Could this be set easily to work with a sitemap.xml?

As in rather than going through those sections in it's settings - just take the sitemap.xml, run through the URLs and warm them?

Thing is - i have a set of routes set up that CacheWarmer misses

I was very excited when i found http://plugins.supercooldesign.co.uk/plugin/cache-monster - but then realized that it was no longer supported and there were several errors that started to pop up

I would say the same about this plugin. I don't use it these days, and while I have loads of ideas of how it could be improved, I sadly don't have any time to dedicate to it.

That being said, this is a good idea, and I'm totally open to a PR if you are willing and able.
