PDF 自动缩放、适合页面、适合页宽只有切换时有效

如题，改变pdf页面宽度之后，只有手动切换缩放选项之后才会进行页面缩放比例的调整。

期待的结果 Expected result

手动拖动之后能够自动改变页面缩放比例
