Running MultiK but getting memory error.

Hi,

I am running MultiK with a 4Gb seurat object running 10 reps. I am running it as a job requesting 240Gb of memory but am still getting this error.

var/spool/slurmd/job29495997/slurm_script: line 18: 7475 Killed Rscript /home/alr2523/scripts/Rscripts/MultiK.R slurmstepd: error: Detected 1 oom_kill event in StepId=29495997.batch. Some of the step tasks have been OOM Killed.

My question is how much memory does MultiK require and anything I could do to get this to run without getting this error. Appreciate any help.

Thanks for this package, it seems very helpful and I'm looking forward to using it soon!

However, I have the same question. It'd be very useful to know some basic parameters such as RAM usage displayed in a table or something.
