cannot find function connectivityMatrix

Hi,

I could not install MultiK from github on R locally on my computer (MacOSX). Instead, I have downloaded the whole .zip file and am running each R function (MultiK, etc.) manually in R. Then, I am running them on my Seurat object (seu).

MultiK runs well for the first part, but then cannot find the function connectivityMatrix and fails. I have scoured the internet, but cannot find any package that has this function. Where does this function come from? Can you provide any advice?
