init script is missing from install please update source

The init script is missing from the final instalation dir. I found it was a bug corrected later in the source. Can you please update to source 1.5.2+20181128hg357ed6?

Also, the init script has an hardcoded config file in /etc/sysconf/ethercat instead of /etc/default/ethercat
