Firefox CPU energy measurements missing from detailed page results

Firefox CPU measurement is available only on Page Summary page and not on individual measurements (Run 1 summary etc.). Would it be possible to add the measurement to each runs?

Further, is the Page Summary CPU measurement an average, the first or the last measurement?
