Allow to customize timestamp format

The timestamp used for subfolder creation is always timestamp.format('YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm-ss') It would be better to have a parameter to customize this behaviour. The best would be to have the possibility to customize the format and the possibility to concatenate it with a unique id.

ex: 2022-12-23-09-00-00_ZîyÃCÁõÂ9c00664437121a5ca51a or: 2022-12-23-09-00-00-506356_ZîyÃCÁõÂ9c00664437121a5ca51a etc
